Our custom made saddles require a 20% deposit at the time of placing the order. This deposit is non-refundable and secures your place on our list of saddle orders.

Returns and Refunds Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. If your order is a custom order, we require a 20% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.

We are happy to offer a credit or an exchange of item however we do not give exchange or refund on sale items.

Exchange of an item must be within 7 days of purchase with copy of receipt. Please include a self-addressed post pack when exchanging an item so it can be returned promptly.
